I wish I could believe everything my government or any government told me.
I did once long long ago. But that’s when myths were comforting. I still do wish I could believe, but I know better now it’s not this tide. And not with this wind blowing. Maybe some day, hope springs eternal.
Re soul comfort – I think it’s comforting to my soul to be able to come to a site that tells me the truth. It helps me fend off the alarm that AGW activism prompts.
