      Looks like everything balances itself out.

      I think both sides (The Global Warming shrill and the Ice Age shrills) are both nutcases.

    I guess this is balanced up by very warm weather and hence very rapid thawing of the winter snow pack in European Russia, with widespread flooding in many areas.
