But who will be held accountable for inaction on global warming and how will they be brought to justice?”

So, what crime would it be for so called scientists who lie about global warming being really man made?

There is no crime for inventing global warming because it isn’t about climate at all. It’s one world government and socialism/communism! Nothing more, nothing less.
The Huffington Post is a newspaper/magazine with a clear and unmistaken communistic background gee. George Soros , a strong backer of Obama , is setting the goalposts here and at least they are very honest about their goals and the lack of respect for different opinions . In fact there is little difference between this club and Josef Stalin , who had the means to kill anybody with a different opinion and used it millionfold . IT is all originating from a belief how important we humans are and how we are able to change the world , when in fact we are victims in our situation dominated by much stronger natural powers.
The question is will Obama succumb for this grandiose temptation and send millions of americans into eternity after being reelected ?
First it will go against scientists, politicians, writers, …
Later it will go against anyone who is burning any or to much fossil fuel.

The really funny thing about lunatic rants like this guys is there is no climate disaster to point to – the seasons roll on, none of the scary predictions are real and life seems pretty good to most except the chicken littles.
How can anyone be stupid enough to believe a trace, non-reactive gas which does not undergo any phase changes at ambient temperatures can have a greater impact on temperatures than water or that strange floating nuclear reactor that appears daily is beyond comprehension.
I suggest that if they feel so miserable they take positive actions to end their suffering.

The real crime is in the abject abuse of the term “science” with respect to global warming. The creative collection, interpretation and dissemination of data by the warmist crowd is not in any way consistent with the “scientific method” that I was tought at Georgia Tech back in the 1970′s. I guess they’ve changed it since then.

The article is right with the exception of perhaps one word. I agree that those that are PROMOTING Global warming SHOULD be held for crimes against humanity. No single group can be singled out that if allowed to do as they choose, will destroy more human lives than this group. All the wars of human history will not produce the deaths that strict adherence to the global warming hysteria would in the years of cold to come.
No doubt the ignorance of people who do not want to look at world climate history records will never understand how co2 is actually insignificant in global temps. Its sad but sheeple do not read between scientific lines,facts that are there. How much false info has been planted in all our minds…only god knows,righteous strong good people will set the record straight and lead us from deviant propaganda that continues every day! I keep wondering if it would be feasible to pass a law that outlaws alarmism unless the alarmists were to, first, actively follow the plan of action they are trying to get everyone else to follow — for a year before they issue their alarm.

Only a very small percentage of the population has the understanding of science needed to make an informed decision on the effect of CO2. Even some of those intellectual rarities will get it wrong. So it is a lot like politics and religion where ignorance of the facts does not stop people from joining one team or the other. However maybe we can form a larger coalition who will agree that politicians like Obama have no viable solutions whether the problem is real or imagined. Does anybody really believe taxing carbon will cool the planet?

There should be forgiveness for those scientists and politicians who are innocently led astray by the global warming crowd. But for those who deliberately, maliciously abuse their positions of trust to lead the world into wasting so much precious resources there must be accountability. Not criminal necessarily, but loss of posts and prestige, i.e. Penn State should sack Michael Mann and PSU should receive no government grants in the climate area for many years.

I run a software development blog, upon which I posted an extract on the resignation of Hal Lewis from the American Physical Society. It generated hundreds of vicious responses from the “Left”. From silly slogans like “Carbon Criminal”, “Denier Liar” right down to “Baby Murderer” aimed squarely at me for posting it.
A follow up post saw a similar wave of attacks resulting in being called things one reserves normally for the most heinous of crimes that include children. I won’t list those here, as I’m sure Robert would rather not have the terms on his website. Locally these people know me for my prior political membership – though they are largely from a far Left leaning party of which I was not a member (my own politics tends to be centrist leaning slightly to the Right).
I think there will come a point in time where gentlemanly debate and reason will prove futile and those who hold to the truth will have to resort to fire and sword to defend their lives and property against all enemies foriegn and domestic. It will be a kill or be killed fight against government, gangsterism and the new world order and there will be no real choice in the matter. All it takes for evil to triumph is for good people to obey and do as they are told by evil people. Right now evil people make the law and rule and history to this very second is absolute proof of it.

Bottom sediments from drilling in the Antarctic Ocean off the east coast contained fossil pollen from an almost tropical forest that covered the continent for a period of 34-56 million years ago, according to a study published in the journal Nature.
The Australian scientist Kevin Welsh, who took part in an expedition in 2010, says that analysis of temperature-sensitive molecules in the guts shows that there may have been about 20 degrees in Antarctica during this period.
Climate Panel IPCC’s most extreme prediction is that the ice again withdraws from the Antarctic to the end of this century.

James O’Dea is either terribly ignorant or terribly evil. Of the two choices, I beleive the latter. I’m not college educated–althought I’m not stupid by any means–and I started researching the global warming issue about three years ago. I quickly found out what a load of rubbish it was. Are all the people who promote/believe in human-caused global warm/climate change commies? Probably not, just the ones with the most influence. Now, if an ice age should rear its ugly head–and we all know that we are due for one any time now–and I mean a full blown ice age, then the displacement of humans from the northern nations will be tremendous. Also, as I understand it, more deserts will be created under the conditions of an ice age. Then, we shall have to round up the global warmists and try them for treason for being willfully blind to the facts and giving aid and comfort to the enemy–those who actively promote human-caused global warming.
You can probably tell that the President does not really believe in global warming when he goes out on the campaign trail – how many jumbo jets and air force jets does it take for him to visit, say, Portland, which he did last month? How much gas do those heavily armored cars he rides in (and takes with him when he travels) use? He would stay put unless there is a real need for him to actually BE somewhere if he was a true believer. We pay millions every time he takes a jaunt – with a huge “carbon footprint.”
If those who don’t believe in CO2 caused global warming are guilty of crimes against humanity, what are the global warming believers going to be charged with when it gets colder and colder? I think that stupidity and gullible aren’t enough. Lets give them the punishments that they advocate for us.
The global warming meme was going to advance the Marxist/socialist agenda. The problem is the global warming issue was inaccurate at best and total BS at worst and it is falling apart as the truth becomes known. What we are seeing in left wing political posts is the grasping at straws to save this doomed effort to grab power and take over the world.
It has been proved throughout history that warming trends increase population and is a great benefit to humanity. Furthermore, it is well known that cooling trends have caused human and animal losses worldwide.
We, the “Global Cooling Believers” know this to be true that the Earth is at the beginning of a cooling trend aimed at another Little Ice Age. The temperature drop and snow accumulations as well as wild gyrations in temperature will destroy crops causing worldwide shortages. (It is already starting) Accusations will fly, and marches against “Climate Change” believers and the IPCC as well as food riots will become common. Have fear, for they know who has caused them harm. I wonder which of you “Warming Believers” will be hiding in some cave hoping the angry armed masses never find you. The police, military, and even “We”, the “Deniers” as you call us, will be powerless to stop the lynch mobs.
