NSIDC Deafeningly Silent

“Antarctic ice extent is the highest ever for the date, and the eighth highest daily reading ever recorded,” says this article on Steven Goddard wordpress.com. “All seven higher readings occurred during the third week of September, 2007 – the week of the previous Arctic record minimum.”

“The National Snow & Ice Data Center (NSIDC) does not mention the record Antarctic cold or ice on their web site, choosing inside to feature an article about global warming threatening penguins.”

Please understand the situation . The civil servants are expected to sing along with Barack Obama. In reality they do not have much of a choice . Any statement going against the party-line may loose them their job . Have we seen this before
    ?

    • C. Peter Davis says:

We can’t and won’t “understand” the situation. We ALL need to fight against the lies and misinformation. Even if it costs jobs. The more people who speak out the faster this nonsense will cease. Fight the good fight and the TRUTH will win out and those lost jobs will quickly be regained and ideas of how we can survive the coming cold can be born.

Having worked for the govt I can tell you that there is virtually no way one can lose thier govt job. They have no excuse, either moral or practical not to speak up and point out factual errors.

Not a single word about this in our rotchild-infested media, ignorance is a bliss.

Can someone explain to me if we are losing all this methane from the arctic ice melt, that supposedly traps heat in the upper atmosphere, how will this lead to another ice age?

    • Mark Busch says:

The methane will not cause another ice age. Methane is a greenhouse gas with something like 30 times the warming power as carbon dioxide. The released methane is a positive feedback to global warming. I recommend reading some papers by James Hansen which are freely available on the web. Also, his book “Storms of My Grandchildren” is excellent.
