How stupid do they think we are?
I wonder, are these the same experts who tried to tell us that the record low amount of ice in the Arctic this summer was due to global warming?
“Antarctic sea ice hit a record 7.51 million square miles in September,” says this breathless article by Seth Borenstein. “That spreading ice may be a cockeyed signal of man-made climate change.”
“Shifts in wind patterns and the giant ozone hole over the Antarctic this time of year — both related to human activity — are probably behind the increase in ice, experts say.
“A warming world can have complex and sometimes surprising consequences,” sais researcher Ted Maksym with the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution in Massachusetts.
“It sounds counterintuitive, but the Antarctic is part of the warming as well,” says Ted Scambos of the National Snow and Ice Data Center in Colorado.
“What’s happening in Antarctica bears the fingerprints of man-made climate change,” says David Vaughan of the British Antarctic Survey.
I’’ll let you read the rest of the article for yourself, because I can’t bear to quote any more of this tripe. But I hope we remember the names of these “experts” as we descend into the coming ice age.
Sort of like remembering David Viner, who told us that snowfall was supposed to be a thing of the past.
“According to Dr Viner, a senior research scientist at the climatic research unit (CRU) of the University of East Anglia, within a few years winter snowfall will become “a very rare and exciting event”.
“Children just aren’t going to know what snow is,” said Viner.
Oh yes, I forgot to mention that University of Colorado researcher Katherine Leonard insists that the Antarctic is also getting snowier because climate change has allowed the air to carry more moisture.
Let’s remember Katherine as well.
I wonder, are these the same experts who tried to tell us that the record low amount of ice in the Arctic this summer was due to global warming … who now insist that a record high amount of ice in the southern hemisphere – in the Antarctic – is also caused by global warming?

You got to be kidding me.. That is just non-sense of what they say I think.
You know, I think I had a theory that since people are so uptight with the global warming, soon when the Planet could get colder, then they say it’s still global warming. And it seems I am getting right or am right. Or I learned it from others, I can’t remember if I made it up to this I think..
But anyway, it’s like they blame every single “unusual” thing on Global Warming these days and yet, I don’t think that is proven.

I sometimes think it’s getting annoying now.
About Arctic, do you know what happen to it since it did went low? It feels odd how it’s melting a lot if there is another ice age or something. Sometimes make me think that it’s some sort of “Global warming”.. But I’m not sure what it really is.
We are still listening to the guy called Darwin and his silly theories from hundreds of years ago. That’s even dumber than blaming the growing Antarctic ice on a human-made C02 warming.
That is an awesome find. Up there with ‘global warming causes record snowfall in Hong Kong’.
Last year it was the AGW crowd having orgasms over a piece of Antarctic ice breaking loose in the spring/summer. They are without shame!
It is frustrating, but at the same time we have to thank them for their stupidity. If they all agreed with our view then guys like us would not have this great opportunity in this field.
So many times I thank mainstream media ,the Weather Channel and who ever else, for their stupidity,because through their stupdity they have created a great opportunity for this field which I am taking advantage of to the fullest.
The worst thing that could happen is if they did see the light and gave up on the AGW theory. The more they tout it ,the better because it’s days are numbered literally.
Once solar cycle 24 max. passes by in conjunction with the 8 sub solar activity years we have had up to now, their party ends.
Once we attain solar flux readings 80 or less,ap index 5 or less ,solar wind 350 km/sec or less on a more or less continuous basis which is going to happen(probably no later then 2015) ,they are finished.
We’ve just had some cold air from that direction which resulted in the first October snowfall in South Australia for a hundred years according to the media here.

I’ve given up even speculating on an answer to that question.
It’s not a case of them thinking we are stupid. They think we all suffer from “Battered Wife Syndrome”. If only we were just a little better, if only we used less carbon, if only we cared a little more everything would be alright. Well some of us don’t suffer from Battered Wife Syndrome, we realize that no matter what we do, the Universe is going to do it’s thing and we cannot control it.
Watch digital TV and let the subliminals train your brain to hear only what you are supposed to hear. That is how they keep the people in tow, and helps them push on with their agenda of population reduction through starvation and hypothermia. The more you watch, the better you follow, and if the economy is so bad you can’t do anything BUT watch TV, well, too bad, so sad, you’re had.
Remember Antarctica (and Australia because they are having a cold snap right now) don’t count because they are in the Southern Hemisphere. Because cool conditions in the SH are contrary to what they want to hear, apparently they are not part of the globe.
Also we are to understand that science has “proven” global warming and that there should be no arguments, period, or you’re a heretic. Another example of this line of thinking of great minds of the day is that the earth was flat and there should be no argument or else you’ll be burnt at the stake.
If we can’t prove it on facts, we’ll keep “adjusting” old temperatures downward and new ones upward until it proves our theories. For instance, Baltimore’s record cold month of January 1977 has magically gotten 1.6F lower in adjusted data! 50 years from now it might be 10 degress colder!
Meanwhile, we’ve been getting cooler (not warmer) since 1998. Sea levels are falling, not rising. Polar bears are still alive, not dead. My kid knows what snow is rather than not.
This is the kind of “science” we are asked to accept as fact. The answer to “how stupid do they think we are” can’t be answered until people wise up…until then its “even dumber.”
So with all of the old temperature data fixing, the claims of dead polar bears, claims of ocean rising, etc. why have they been doing all of this?
PS I am not disrespecting our friends from Down Under…the AGW cretins will once again count them as part of the globe when they have another heat wave.
i overflew the yahoo article – it’s really asinine. 2 things are interesting though: 1. it adresses the fact that people are aware that the antarctic’s ice is increasing and is hence trying to do damage control. 2. the comments: the top 20 comments or so are all by people who are aware of the scam !! wow !! i was really surprised to see that … so people ARE waking up to the scam … ??!!

Hi every one my comment for the day on this subject is: A other subject that im intrested in is holistic treaments which means when you have some think wrong with you, you go and see a practitioner of natural medicine not a doctor. Whats this got to do with the coming ice age i hear you ask well when you go to a doctor you rely on there Knowlege of the body to help you. Not make things worst or give you out of date information on your condition. This has lead to thousands of poeple dieing from illness that than can be treated. If you can get around the so called its got to be proven to work that doctors and health care professional use when precented with a natural way to treat a commen medical condition that does work. Its the same for when you say to some one that we are heading for a ice age, out comes the out of date information and that common word its not proven, but when you say global warming the so called professional say its been proven by scientific means, well all i can say is how many poeple are going to die before professionals stop there cover up practises for there out of date information that they keep giving out and seeing the money that they can make through polictal gains and games. I have also been into the subject of ufofolgy we could lean so much from this subject in connection with our knowlege of this planet, thats a clue to our future in regards to the coming ice age.
The thing is, more Antarctic snow and ice means lower sea levels. There is no debating this. According to alarmists the oceans are not falling they are rising so ocean fall goes against climate alarmist dogma.
I don’t know if they realize it but this study is bad news for the alarmists.
There is no doubt about it just look at the current Solar figures and trends and it clearly shows we are in a downward trend according to the sunspots and we are definitely entering a cold period such as Maunder or Dalton
It points more and more that the Mayas may have seen the beginning of a cold era coming..
Well the best way to rid these liars is to call Perry Mason. He’ll prosecute anybody that lies in a court of law and send them to 80 years hard labor in chains. That’s what we need to do with these lying so called “experts”
30ft of overnight snow should shut ‘em all up. If it happens.
Look instead for winters trending longer and colder. If predictions for ice age onset are late by 0.5% it will happen, as I think it will but I’ll likely be dead. Waiting for the end of the interglacial is not like waiting for an expected bus or train.
