The Netherlands – Train services cut because of the snow

Heavy snowfall forecast for Friday.

Thursday morning’s early snow fall caused problems on the roads all over the country during the morning rush hour, resulting in longer traffic jams than usual.

Dutch Rail is operating reduced services in the north of the country because of the snow.

The KNMI weather bureau expects more wintry showers during the day, with heavy snow set to fall on Friday.
