Heavy Snow Hits Spain
One community expecting almost 20 inches (50 cm) of snow.
Northern Spain experienced heavy snowfall on Monday and Tuesday Jan 14, 15) which caused several road blockages and led to a number of school closures.
The National Meteorological Agency (AEMET) has put 23 provinces on alert for snow, wind and rain.
AEMET forecasts 19.7 inches of snowfall in the Pyrenees in Navarre, and 7.9 inches for parts of Pyrenees in Lleida.
