Up to 3 meters (10 feet) of snowfall in mountain areas.

The Salon Pass, a key strategic road linking Kabul with central areas of Asia and Afghanistan’s northern provinces, closed for four days. More than 50 avalanches.

Avalanches also reported in northern Pakistand and northern India as well.

“The warmist BBC has the story,” says reader Argiris Diamantis

“Watch the video closely and see how far away from the North Pole the Jet Stream (Circumpolar vortex) in Asia is now. That is a typical Little Ice Age weather pattern (but the BBC doesn’t mention that).”

Nobody knows what the jet stream did during the Little Ice Age. That its current position is a “typical Little Ice Age weather pattern” is pure conjecture. The Hockey Team is good at that too.

  2. Laurel says:

the BBC pension plans and super are tied into warmist investments like solar wind and the rest of the scams inc Carbon trades.
so dont expect any sudden honesty from them:-)

I don’t wish the Big Freeze on anyone but isn’t it beyond time the West pulled out of Afghanistan? I fear the elements can do far worse damage to the Taliban than any army can. Besides, Osama lived in Abbotabad so zero marks for intelligence to the intelligence services LOL. Now the Sahel, that’s worth fighting for because it will green during an ice age, get Heaven sent annual monsoons, develop great lakes and become to the world what the US is today.
5000 years ago as the desert encroached on a once green and fertile land the only shelter was Egypt and her Nile which flooded annually keeping the area a rich and veritable melting pot of civilization. I vote Egypt as one of the best bet places to set up a new home:-)
