Mt. Baker Ski Area currently has a base that is more than 18 feet thick; skiers are almost two stories above rock and dirt. How can climate alarmists explain this, when they told us in the 90s that the ski industry would be dead by now? The only way they can explain this is to lie, deceive, and fabricate. Down with alarmists!

It’s interesting to note that I have been following some of the discussions from meteorologists on the weather forums and some of them in mid February predicted a “warm” March in the USA based on the MJO (Mad Julian Oscillation). They thought the jet-stream was going to remain in southern Canada this March. Obviously that is not the case as the polar jet this month has migrated some 700 miles further south than what they had expected. Sometimes I wonder if some of them are not paying enough attention to the record cold and snow occurring across the hemisphere in recent years, or more importantly, global cooling. That appears to be an increasingly important factor as well when making long range forecasts.
