124 Retired Generals, Military Officers Warn of Conflict Between Marxism and ‘Constitutional Freedom’

“We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other time since our founding in 1776.”

More than 120 retired U.S. generals and admirals signed an open letter warning that the United States is embroiled in an existential fight and urged “all citizens” to get involved in local and state politics.

“We are in a fight for our survival as a Constitutional Republic like no other time since our founding in 1776. The conflict is between supporters of Socialism and Marxism vs. supporters of Constitutional freedom and liberty,” states the letter (pdf), which was signed by 124 former military leaders, released by “Flag Officers 4 America.”

Commonsense controls are now labeled ‘racist’

“Election integrity demands insuring there is one legal vote cast and counted per citizen. Legal votes are identified by State Legislature’s approved controls using government IDs, verified signatures, etc. Today, many are calling such commonsense controls ‘racist’ in an attempt to avoid having fair and honest elections,” the letter states.

According to the Flag Officers 4 America website, it’s a group of former military leaders who “pledged to support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies,” whether “domestic” or “foreign.”

Of note, signatories of the letter include retired Army Brig. Gen. Donald Bolduc—a Senate candidate in New Hampshire, retired Army Lt. Gen. William Boykin, and retired Vice Adm. John Poindexter—who was the deputy national security adviser to President Ronald Reagan.

“China is the greatest external threat to America. Establishing cooperative relations with the Chinese Communist Party emboldens them to continue progress toward world domination, militarily, economically, politically, and technologically. We must impose more sanctions and restrictions to impede their world domination goal and protect America’s interests,” the letter says.

Other threats they listed include the United States reentering the Iran nuclear deal, illegal immigration, and the stoppage of the Keystone XL Pipeline project. President Joe Biden issued an order halting the pipeline project early in his presidency.

Meanwhile, amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the retired military leaders said that lockdown orders affecting schools and businesses are tantamount to “population control actions.”

Meanwhile, in France, dozens of retired generals were sanctioned after they recently sent a letter warning about a possible civil war over the “protection of our civilizational values.” They blamed France’s leadership for not dealing with what they described as unfettered immigration into the country.

  1. Pity all of these high ranking officers only grow a pair after they have retired and their lifelong pensions are secured. A large group of “serving” officers penning such a letter would carry huge weight.

    • With all due respect, serving military leaders are bound by their oaths to not speak out on political matters, and this is cemented in the Uniform Code of Military Justice. It’s not so much about military leaders being afraid to speak out, but being barred from any interference in the civilian government’s affairs, which falls under the premise of maintaining “good order and discipline.” As a former soldier, I speak from experience, but also offer this as merely my opinion and impression.

      • Hi Torin. Yes I know that serving military leaders are barred from speaking out, that’s why a whole group of them doing so would carry massive weight. We have seen a whole string of military officers speaking out after they retire and everyone always thinks, “to late”

      • You are right. Federal employees have similar oaths (I’m retired Federal epidemiologist who worked with the Defense Health Agency, Navy & Marine Corps). When you leave Federal employment you have an interview that includes an “ethics” training as to what you can and cannot (by law) talk about and what other types of work you are allowed to do. If you violate any of the rules they have serious punishments including large fines & possible lengthy imprisonment.

  2. President Joe Biden issued an order halting the pipeline project on the first day of his presidency.

    The Latest from Baltimore:

Supreme Court rules for energy companies in Baltimore climate lawsuit
May 17, 2021 2:24 PM ETEnergy Select Sector SPDR ETF (XLE)By: Carl Surran, SA News Editor57 Comments
The U.S. Supreme Court has ruled on the side of big oil companies (NYSEARCA:XLE) that were contesting a lawsuit filed by the city of Baltimore seeking monetary damages from costs caused by climate change.
Baltimore filed the lawsuit in Maryland state court in 2018, a federal trial judge denied the companies’ 2019 request to move the case to federal court, and last year the 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals said it was largely powerless to consider moving the case out of the state system.
But the Supreme Court ruled 7-1 that the appeals court did not correctly analyze whether the case could be heard in federal court; the justices said nothing on the substance of the case.
The oil companies including Exxon Mobil (NYSE:XOM), Chevron (NYSE:CVX), BP and Royal Dutch Shell (RDS.A, RDS.B) have wanted the case moved to federal court, arguing that energy production is an inherently federal issue, and greenhouse gas emissions that cross state and international lines cannot properly be addressed under state laws.
The Supreme Court ruling could affect a dozen or so similar lawsuits brought by various U.S. states, cities and counties.
The 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals recently rejected New York City’s effort to hold oil companies liable to help pay the costs of addressing harm caused by global warming.

That what you get when you vote green Extremist in power in Baltimore.
    Imagine the following scenario:
WordWar IV NEWSFLASH, May 15th 2121.
“The land war in Eastern Europe looks almost over. Russian tanks have advanced across the Ukraine and are ready to enter Poland.
Unfortunately, the European response is in disarray. Forced by the absolute majority of the extremist European Green Faction (the EGF party), oil and nuclear have been outlawed for almost a hundred years. Almost 50 years ago, European pantzer divisions have been converted to solar panel cladding and Tesla batteries, Unfortunately, the cloudy battle days of last months and the destruction of recharging infrastructure by aerial bombardment left the tanks unusable.
At the high seas, defeat is imminent as well. Wind and electric driven battleships have not been able to leave harbor as the wind came in from the wrong direction for weeks on end, while the Tesla batteries only work as a backup for 24 hours. The story is the same for the submarine fleet. Although the subs Tesla batteries can operate for one week straight, there is no recharging capacity available in the middle of the oceans.
It is expect that the EGF party will soon declare that people retreat to their Safe Spaces and hope for the best.”

  5. Absolutely our freedoms are being stripped. The ‘elites’ NWO (aka great reset, aka agenda 21/2030) is all about control. Afterall the ‘world economic forum’ (billionaires group) stated that by 2030 ‘we will own nothing’.

“What you see happening in the U.S. military at the moment is that if you’re a conservative, then you’re lumped into a group of people who are labeled extremists, if you’re willing to voice your views. And if you’re aligned with the left, then it’s OK to be an activist online because no one’s gonna hold you accountable,” Lohmeier also said, according to the Washington Examiner, which also reported on his book reaching No. 1 on Amazon’s bestseller list.

  7. It is obvious the leftist Marxists’s trying desperately right now to turn America into a Marxist socialist state have no idea how outnumbered and out gunned they are ! they are getting so many headlines and dim witted followers because they control the MSM and the “Justice “Department. The US government is chocker block full of leftist socialists because that is the only job they could get with their super twisted mentally . Leftists only career choices are Teacher , Lawyer, Politician , Government Bureaucrat . Nothing productive or creator of wealth , that’s left to Conservatives who can’t be bothered with all the nonsense that goes on behind closed doors . For example look at Biden’s “policies” since he has become fake President . They display a complete and utter ignorance of economic fundamentals to a huge degree . For instance the “green New Deal” , did they even do the math on this? Where is all the electricity going to come from to charge all the electric cars every night ? There is a huge shortfall in that alone . Has anyone seen the Wind Turbine proposals for offshore , east and west coast , another 50,000 turbines ! Of gigantic size . It is estimated that the GND will increase householders electricity charges per KW by 3 times !

  8. Thomas Jefferson: The tree of liberty must be watered occasionally with the blood of patriots and tyrants.
Adolf Hitler: This year will go down in history. For the first time, a civilized nation has full gun registration. Our streets will will be safer, our police more efficient, and the world will follow our lead into the future.

  9. Career politicians suck all over the world and the people know it. Whatever choice of mainstream party doesn’t matter anymore, as they are mostly interchangeable muck.
Hence the rise of outsiders who the electorate turn to because they’ve had enough of all these insider pantomimes.
Unfortunately, a lot of these alternatives were fakers from the outset. Like Macron in France.
Many bottled out. Like Tsiprias in Greece and Corbyn in the UK.
Apostates like Trump were tougher nuts to crack, but the rigged system has fixed these threats for now.
So it’s down to electoral integrity or the generals again. Most of us wouldn’t mind if the military offed all the Malthusian Eugenicist nutjobs behind the Climate/Covid scam, but let’s face it, they wouldn’t just stop there.
    Interesting times.

  10. I think this letter should actually read ‘China is the greatest external threat to US oligarchs, the Federal Reserve, the Wall Street traders etc etc’.

I don’t see any evidence of China sending flotillas to threaten the West Coast of the USA. No signs of them on bombing raids to either Honolulu or Alaska.

One thing most Americans can’t get their heads around is that ‘manifest destiny’ is a racist construct which none of the rest of the world believes in.

You don’t have a right to rule the world, you don’t have a right to impose your dogma on the rest of the world and the bit of the Constitution you need to focus far, far more on is ‘the inalienable right to the pursuit of happiness’.

It’s really hard to go around murdering the rest of the world if you are all happy bunnies, you know.

The fact that you have to have perpetual war to feed your genocidal arms industry is what the rest of the world is most sick and tired of.

    • I take your point Rhys, and America certainly does contribute to some of the problems around the world. However remember what happened the last time the U.S adopted an isolationist mentality, it was the 1920’s and this guy called Adolf Hitler rose to power, I’m sure you know the rest.

If it hadn’t been for Americas industrial might World War 2 would have ended very differently. So like it or not we do need the U.S engaged in the world, just one that is addicted to absurd military adventures like Iraq and Afghanistan.

      • Hitler would never have risen to power if the conquered Germany was not suppressed by the Allied victors.

    • IN the book “Report from Iron Mountain”, the RAND organization and others, met to discuss this very topic, after World War 2.

What does a country do without War? War is, if you are one of the survivors, a terrific system and profitable, for all healthy survivors. Those soldiers who survived World War 2 look back on it as perhaps the most exciting times of their lives.

Basically, they Report said, you will have to substitute some other “wasteful” economic system for giving up perpetual War. Their conclusion? (You’ll love this): Health Care.

Free Enterprise Capitalism requires a method to use up production. IT needs systems to “waste” or destroy products so as to keep the factories and jobs going.

When Morgan consolidated the Federal Steel Company with Carnegie Steel and Rockefeller’s Michigan Iron Mines, and other smaller entities, they needed a buyer for all this (unneeded) Steel.

Solution? War. Or, before that, a huge Navy.

England and Germany had the same problems and thus expanded their Navies so as to keep the coal and steel mills going. They all had a few hundred years of waring history to justify the build up, but we didn’t.

AH, except the that “wonderful little war” of the Spanish-American War, which some of you know has a very interesting conspiracy. Anyway, the result is we now needed a Blue Ocean Navy since we took the Philippines. What a shame. Gee. Didn’t Morgan also own a Merchant Marine fleet? More Steel, anyone? Why didn’t we just free the Philippines and thus not need a huge Navy?

Free Enterprise Capitalism will over-produce. If you won’t limit production, you have to have a buyer who will destroy the production. Battleships blowing up and sinking all that Iron to the Ocean floor is a terrific economic model for this economic problem.

Today, in summary, we are going to have perpetual “Health Care”, and Welfare, and Helicopter money to supply the waste to consume and destroy the over-production. Why free College for everybody? Waste. Dumb kids will waste 4 years drinking ( good for Beer over-production), going to clubs (good for the oversaturation of restaurants, etc.).

Today, the Government (remember, owned by these same Free Enterprise Capitalists) subsidizes health care, cell phones, college fees, rents, housing purchases to keep the production going. Soon they will subsidize the purchase of a new car-truck every few years, new clothes, new shoes, etc.

WASTE, waste, waste in the consumer world…..or perpetual war.

      • I think you will find that war existed well before the advent of capitalism. In all areas and at all stages of societal development.
In the absence of capitalism, it would still exist, because whatever the economic system, humanity develops power complexes and the elites become utterly capricious.

  11. Constitutional republic >>>> constitutional democracy >>>> Chaos and communism under the leadership of capitalists and globalist oligarchs
    >>>> Dark ages and die off.
Return to an age of warriors and a new golden age.

      • Robert the left will not survive Their covid shots and neither will they survive the dark ages and die off the actions and attitudes they and their masters will provoke. It is a form of suicide. All glory is fleeting.

    • Doing away with the Electoral College would effectively turn our Constitutional Republic into a pure Democracy and history is full of examples why Democracies never survive. That’s one of the main reasons our Founders chose to form a Constitutional Republic over a Democracy.

    • Excuse me, can you wait till the 2030 Census? By that time, NY and California will have lost enough population and representatives that they will be clamoring to keep the status quo. The whole idea of the electoral college was to contain the original woke bullies of New York.

    • Only 18 months left to make it law, if he lasts that long. Executive orders can be reversed as we have seen twice now.

  12. I highly recommend the PBS series “Rise of the Nazis”. The documentary starts off in summer of 1930, in which the warnings start landing on Hindenburg desk. The election in September 1930 gives the first foot hold.
As I have watched this and can see many repeats of history. These military officer corps here and abroad are warning all sane patriots that we need to stop this before it takes us ALL to a level we fear.

  13. The problem I see (as an outsider) is that in the US the election system and the bipartisan system are broken. From this the socialist/communist left are free to weave their wicked ways, ably assisted by the ever expanding number of permanent petty bureaucrats and managers of your civil service.
Ordinary people are the key to sway the government back to respecting your honorable written constitution — but are they listening?
Unfortunately for the rest of us, oh so often, it is where you (the USA) lead we will follow, as our governmental methods are far more corrupted and corruptible.
So please speak out and speak up US Generals and retired officers, and help put real democracy and rationality back in to the the western world.
