Heavy snowfall closes roads in four Ukraine regions

18 Jan 2016 – Vehicle traffic on roads has been banned in the Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk regions.

“Due to severe weather conditions such as intense snowfall precautionary measures have been taken to prevent accidents and congestion in the form of restrictions and bans on the movement of vehicles, in particular, in the Mykolaiv, Odesa, Kirovohrad and Dnipropetrovsk region,” said a statement from the Ukraine emergencies situation agency.

  1. Ummmm, and who were those idiots who told us that we’ll never see snow again 16 years ago???? Are they now hiding under their blankets??
    Plus they shouldn’t forget that we are gaining about 285 billion tons of ice each year in both polar regions, combined.
