  1. Out of topic.

Saul Alinsky died about 43 years ago, but his writings influenced those in political control of our nation today.

Recall that Hillary did her college thesis on his writings and Obama writes about him in his books.
    Died: June 12, 1972, Carmel-by-the-Sea, Ca
    Education: University of Chicago
    Spouse: Irene Alinsky
Books: Rules for Radicals, Reveille for Radicals

Anyone out there think that this stuff isn’t happening today in the U.S.?
All eight rules are currently in play
How to create a social state by Saul Alinsky:
There are eight levels of control that must be obtained before you are able to create a social state. The first is the most important.

    1) Healthcare– Control healthcare and you control the people

    2) Poverty – Increase the Poverty level as high as possible, poor people are easier to control and will not fight back if you are providing everything for them to live.

    3) Debt – Increase the debt to an unsustainable level. That way you are able to increase taxes, and this will produce more poverty.

    4) Gun Control– Remove the ability to defend themselves from the Government. That way you are able to create a police state.

    5) Welfare – Take control of every aspect of their lives (Food, Housing, and Income)

    6) Education – Take control of what people read and listen to – take control of what children learn in school.

    7) Religion – Remove the belief in the God from the Government and schools

    8) Class Warfare – Divide the people into the wealthy and the poor. This will cause more discontent and it will be easier to take (Tax) the wealthy with the support of the poor.

Does any of this sound like what is happening to the United States ?
Alinsky merely simplified Vladimir Lenin’s original scheme for world conquest by communism, under Russian rule.
Lenin described his converts as “Useful Idiots.”

The Useful Idiots have destroyed every nation in which they have seized power and control.

It is presently happening at an alarming rate in the U.S.
If people read this, and still say everything is just fine, they are “useful idiots”.

  2. Yes, it did snow in Romanian mountains during this time in May (5-7 May). The spring in south east Europe is very cold, unusually cold. I can observe from the trees. Some trees are very late in growing leaves. This is due to frequent frost during April (sometimes temperatures dropped below – 5 -10 C). I mean it is very strange as we are close to June which is summer.
On a further note the forecast shows historic cold to hit Europe in the middle of May with snow and frost in many regions during 11-13 May.

In Britain we had a spring like that in 2012 or 2013, I cannot remember which. I did not plant potatoes until June 9th, a full six weeks later than normal.

It does happen, but we have had several very mild, warm and sunny springs since.

  3. One more snowstorm is on the way this weekend. May 6, 2020 7:10 pm Updated: May 7, 2020 5:07 am
Just when you thought it was safe to believe that winter was finally behind us, well, guess again, WGME reports.
A strong low pressure system is expected to move north through southern Maine into Saturday morning, likely bringing both rain and some very late season snow.
The National Weather Service office in Gray predicts a widespread 1 to 4 inches of snow across most of northern Maine overnight Friday into Saturday, with larger amounts of snowfall possible for the highest elevations and at the Canadian border. The low-pressure system will move into the Canadian Maritimes by late Saturday night, leaving cold air in its wake into Sunday.
Nighttime lows get to the low 30s Friday night and again Saturday night. High temperatures Saturday will likely only get to the 40-degree range outside of the mountains — very cold for early May, WGME reports.
